GOVERNANCE

The governing bodies of the Federation of Catholic Universities of Europe and Lebanon are:
• General Assembly, bringing together the Presidents and Rectors of all member universities, meets annually at a host institution to define strategic orientations, approve projects and budgets, admit new members, and elect leadership representatives.
• Board of Administration, composed of a President, a Vice-President, and six Advisors, meets twice a year to implement the Assembly’s decisions and oversee the Federation’s financial governance.
• Secretariat, which ensures the Federation’s day-to-day management in close collaboration with the Board and its President.
